Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking a Zone Lead to support visual merchandising and zone maintenance in a warehouse-format store. You will ensure that visual standards, fixtures, and signage align with company guidelines to drive sales and guest engagement.

The Zone Lead will guide team members, manage daily tasks, participate in freight and stocking, and promote a safe, ethical, and energetic store environment. Availability nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Clear, concise verbal and written communication.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support visual merchandising processes across store zones and maintain visual standards.
• Plan and execute daily/weekly workload for merchandising and zone tasks.
• Assist with freight processes and stocking in designated areas.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized zones with current signing and setups.
• Assist in delivering customer experience, safety, and loss prevention goals.
• Lead and coach team members on visual priorities and standards.
• Attend meetings/huddles to align on zone goals and metrics.
