Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking a Zone Lead to support merchandising in designated zones and uphold visual standards that drive sales. The role requires lifting, stocking, and maintaining a neat, organized zone in a warehouse-format store.

Report to the Assistant Store Manager and lead the transitions, endcaps, and in-store marketing elements while coaching Team Members to uphold ethical conduct and safety. Open availability for nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs. as well as to move merchandise around the warehouse-format store routinely.

Responsibilities

• The Zone Lead supports all aspects of the visual merchandising processes for the store by planning, in conjunction with the Assistant Store Manager, and leading transitions, reinventions, product changes, and resets while maintaining visual integrity and a neat environment.
• Plans/executing the daily/weekly workload and assigned tasks to deliver on visual merchandising, department and store sales goals.
• Participates in freight processes for incoming freight and/or transitions.
• Maintains a neat, clean, organized zone and ensures current signing and sets.
• Supports store team in customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, loss prevention, and customer experience.
