Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Clear and concise communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and team lift 100 lbs; move merchandise in a warehouse-format store.
• Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods; bend and reach as needed.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ethical conduct.

Responsibilities

• Support visual merchandising processes and transitions in designated zones.
• Lead daily/weekly workload to meet visual and sales goals.
• Assist with freight processes and stock placement, end caps, and sets.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized zones with current signage.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction, safety, and loss prevention.
• Model and coach best practices in visual merchandising.
• Provide training and motivate team to execute visual priorities.
• Review store scorecard data and act to improve zone metrics.
• Open availability for nights and weekends.
• Perform other duties as needed.
