Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Lift up to 50 lbs; team lift 100 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb as needed.
• Detail-oriented and reliable with strong ethics.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead visual merchandising transitions and resets.
• Maintain visual integrity and an organized zone.
• Manage daily/weekly workload to meet sales and guest engagement goals.
• Assist in freight processes and stock management.
