Job summary

MidFirst Banking Center in Oklahoma seeks a Teller Operations Supervisor to lead tellers, model exceptional service, and drive teller transactions and product referrals. You will coach staff, manage schedules, and oversee audits while maintaining a friendly, customer-first environment.

Applicants should have 2+ years banking teller experience or 3+ years in banking, with proven leadership and strong knowledge of products, regulations, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years external banking experience in a teller role in the previous two years or minimum of three years external banking experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Experience must include teller servicing and/or operational responsibilities.
• Knowledge of banking products, services, and standard procedures/regulations.
• Notary required or willing to become one; bank expense
• Excellent customer service, oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Coach Tellers to identify opportunities with customers.
• Manage Teller work schedules, overtime, and tasks.
• Train new Tellers to ensure procedures and controls.
• Conduct monthly cash audits and month-end audits.
• Greet customers and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Build relationships to identify appropriate banking products.
• Process routine transactions and assist with complex transactions.
• Respond to inquiries to create positive solutions.
