Job summary

MidFirst Bank is seeking a Teller Operations Supervisor in Tulsa, OK to lead Tellers, model outstanding customer service, and ensure accurate cash handling and transaction processing. You will coach staff, manage schedules, train new Tellers, and support branch operations daily.

The role requires at least two years of external banking experience in a teller role or three years of teller exposure, plus leadership skills and knowledge of banking products and procedures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years external banking experience in a teller role within the last 2 years or 3+ years in teller servicing/operations.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a banking environment.
• Knowledge of banking products, services, procedures and regulations.
• Must have a current Notary or be willing to obtain one at the bank's expense.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Coach Tellers to identify opportunities and provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage Teller work schedules, monitor overtime, and assign tasks daily.
• Train new Tellers to ensure procedures are understood and comply with internal controls.
• Perform monthly surprise cash audits and month-end procedures.
• Greet customers, build relationships, and promote banking products and services.
• Process routine transactions and assist with complex transactions; respond to inquiries.
