Qualifications

• 2+ years external banking experience in a teller role during the previous 2 years, or 3+ years external banking experience
• Leadership experience
• Experience in teller servicing and/or operational responsibilities
• Knowledge of banking products and services and standard banking procedures
• Must have a current Notary or be willing to become one (at Bank's expense)
• Excellent customer service skills (oral and written)
• Ability to work as part of a team and with customers
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to establish credibility quickly with customers; demonstrate confidence with peers
• Strong work ethic and integrity
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office

Responsibilities

• Coach Tellers to identify opportunities with customers
• Manage Teller work schedules and assign tasks during the day
• Train new Tellers to ensure procedures are understood and followed
• Perform monthly cash audits and month-end audits
• Greet customers and maintain a welcoming, customer-focused environment
• Build and maintain relationships to identify financial products and services for customers
• Process routine transactions and assist with complex transactions
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
