Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Coach Tellers to identify opportunities and provide excellent service
• Manage Teller schedules, monitor overtime, and assign daily tasks
• Train new Tellers to ensure procedures and controls are followed
• Perform monthly cash audits and month-end audit procedures
• Greet customers and maintain a welcoming, customer-focused environment
• Build relationships to identify suitable banking products and services
• Process routine transactions and assist with more complex transactions
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues to create positive outcomes
