Job summary

MidFirst Bank is seeking a Teller Operations Supervisor in Oklahoma City to lead the Teller team, ensure exceptional customer service, and oversee daily transaction processing within a banking center.

The role requires supervising schedules, training staff, and maintaining internal controls while building customer relationships and identifying suitable financial products and services.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years external banking experience in a teller role in the past two years
• Leadership experience demonstrated
• Experience in teller servicing and/or operational responsibilities
• Knowledge of banking products/services and standard procedures/regulations
• Notary current or willingness to become one (Bank’s expense)

Responsibilities

• Coach Tellers to identify opportunities with customers
• Manage Teller schedules, monitor overtime, assign tasks
• Train new Tellers on procedures and controls
• Perform monthly cash audits and month-end procedures
• Greet customers and maintain a welcoming environment
• Build relationships to identify financial products meeting needs
• Process routine transactions and assist with complex ones
• Respond to inquiries to create positive outcomes
