Job summary

MidFirst Bank is seeking a Teller Operations Supervisor to lead Tellers, model exceptional customer service, and oversee transactions and product recommendations in the banking center.

Responsibilities include coaching, scheduling, training, and audits, while greeting customers and building relationships to meet their needs. A Notary or willingness to obtain one is required; weekend availability and strong communication are needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years external banking experience in a teller role in the previous two years, or a minimum of three years external banking experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Experience must include teller servicing and/or operational responsibilities.
• Must have a current Notary or be willing to become one (pursue application, bond and notary seal) at the Bank's expense.

Responsibilities

• Coach Tellers to identify opportunities with customers they service.
• Manage Teller work schedules, monitor overtime and assign tasks as needed.
• Train new Tellers to ensure procedures are understood and executed to internal controls.
• Perform monthly surprise cash audits and month-end audit procedures.
• Greet customers and foster a welcoming, customer-focused environment.
• Build relationships with customers to identify financial products meeting their needs.
• Process routine transactions and assist Tellers with complex transactions.
• Respond to customer inquiries to create positive outcomes.
