Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years external banking experience in a teller role or three years banking experience overall.
• Excellent customer service skills including clear written and oral communication.
• Ability to work effectively as a team member and with customers.

Responsibilities

• Coach Tellers to identify opportunities with customers served
• Manage Teller work schedules, monitor overtime, assign tasks
• Train new Tellers to ensure procedures are understood and followed
• Perform monthly cash audits and month-end audit procedures
• Greet customers and maintain a welcoming, customer-focused environment
• Build and maintain relationships to identify financial products meeting customer needs
• Process routine transactions and assist Tellers with complex items
• Respond to inquiries to create positive solutions for customers
