Job summary

MidFirst Bank is seeking an experienced Teller Operations Supervisor in Oklahoma City. This role leads Tellers, ensures top-notch customer service, and oversees daily transaction processing and product recommendations.

The successful candidate will coach staff, manage schedules, coordinate training, and conduct cash audits while upholding internal controls and compliance. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, along with notary readiness and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Two years external banking experience in a teller role in the past two years or three years external banking experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Experience with teller servicing and/or operational responsibilities.
• Knowledge of banking products, services, procedures, and regulations.
• Must have or be willing to become a Notary at the Bank's expense.
• Excellent customer service skills, including written and oral communication.
• Ability to work well in a team and with customers.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to build credibility with customers and peers.
• Strong work ethic and integrity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coach Tellers to identify opportunities with customers they service.
• Manage Teller work schedules, monitor overtime, and assign tasks.
• Train new Tellers to ensure procedures are understood and followed.
• Perform monthly cash audits and month-end audit procedures.
• Greet customers and maintain a welcoming, customer-focused environment.
• Build and maintain relationships to identify suitable financial products and services.
• Process routine transactions and assist Tellers with complex tasks.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
