Job summary

Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Individual Support Technician (IST I) to assist youth ages 5–21 in home and community settings. You will help develop daily living skills, support adaptive behaviors, and promote independence using Positive Behavior Support (PBS) strategies.

Roles include hands-on skill building, data collection, and collaboration with families, clinicians, and program staff to ensure safety and progress toward client goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communications skills and ability to document accurately.
• Experience applying PBS or behavior support plans is preferred.
• Willingness to work in home and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support to youth in home and community settings.
• Implement PBS strategies and skill acquisition plans.
• Assist with ADLs and socialization activities for youth.
• Coordinate with families and supervise staff as needed.
• Collect accurate service data and maintain records.
