Job summary

Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare seeks compassionate Individual Support Technicians (IST I) to assist youth ages 5–21 in home and community settings, using PBS strategies to build daily living skills and independence.

You will provide hands-on support, conduct data collection, and participate in team trainings, supervision, and case reviews while ensuring client safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in psychology, social work, or related field.
• At least 1 year supervised experience with PBS/ADL plans.
• Experience supervising or mentoring staff.
• Strong data analysis and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support to youth in home and community settings.
• Implement PBS strategies and skill acquisition plans.
• Support development of ADLs and behavioral needs.
• Train and coach parents/guardians to support skill generalization.
• Collect accurate service data and submit notes per compliance standards.
