Job summary

Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare seeks compassionate Individual Support Technicians to assist youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home and community settings. Roles focus on hands‑on skill building, safety, and independence through Positive Behavior Support strategies.

Positions range from IST I to IST III, offering flexible hours between 5–35 hours per week and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing behavior support plans and teaching ADL/IADL skills.
• Ability to work in home and community settings.
• Bilingual Spanish speakers encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support to youth in home and community settings.
• Implement PBS strategies and skill acquisition plans.
• Support development of ADLs and basic daily living skills.
• Teach appropriate social behavior.
• Use redirection and proactive strategies for challenging behavior.
• Train and coach parents/guardians to support skill generalization.
• Collect data and submit visit notes per compliance standards.
• Ensure client safety and well‑being at all times.
• Participate in case reviews and required trainings.
