Job summary

Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare seeks compassionate Individual Support Technicians (IST I‑III) to assist youths ages 5–21 in home and community settings. You will help acquire daily living skills, socialization, and safety using Positive Behavior Support strategies.

Roles involve hands‑on skill building, data collection, and collaboration with families and professionals. Experience with I/DD and reliable transportation are valued; bilingual candidates encouraged.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years supervised experience implementing behavior support plans and teaching ADL/IADL skills preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
• Must pass state and federal background checks; drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized youth support in home and community settings.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support (PBS) strategies and skill acquisition plans.
• Assist development of ADLs/IADLs and socialization; ensure safety and well‑being.
• Teach appropriate social behavior and use proactive redirection.
