Job summary

KidStrong is seeking an Assistant General Manager in the Littleton center to act as the second-in-command, supporting the General Manager in driving a culture of learning and development for coaches and families. You will help deliver key business results, including sales performance and reducing member attrition, while maintaining a high-energy, engaging leadership style.

Qualifications

• Athletic or coaching background with kids aged 15 months to 11 years.
• CPR certification is required.
• Achieve Coach Certification through HQ Training and Certification.
• LearnUpon training completed as required by HQ.
• Prior management experience is preferred but not required.
• Comfortable communicating with parents/guardians about various topics.
• Proficiency with Google and Microsoft platforms.

Responsibilities

• Understand and monitor center KPIs and financials to guide decisions.
• Build relationships with families and provide exceptional customer service.
• Oversee center initiatives like maintenance, training, and brand consistency.
• Sell and schedule events to maximize profitability.
• Lead and develop coaching staff, onboarding, and performance evaluation.
• Communicate professionally with the team via Slack and Email.
