Job summary

KidStrong South Denver is seeking an Assistant General Manager for the Littleton center to partner with the General Manager in delivering an exceptional experience for kids and families.

You’ll drive center operations, sales, and coaching quality, while building a high-energy team culture and ensuring safety, attendance tracking, and program execution across Brain, Physical, and Character development for ages walking to 11 years.

Qualifications

• Athletic or coaching background with experience working with kids ages 15 months - 11 years.
• Coach Certification through HQ Training and Certification team.
• Training through LearnUpon as required by HQ Training and Certification team.
• Experience with Google and Microsoft platforms.
• CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations and monitor KPIs to drive sales and retention.
• Develop coaching culture and evaluate staff with HQ standards.
• Lead scheduling, events, and center communications via Slack and Email.
• Coach students across Brain, Physical, and Character development.
