Job summary

KidStrong Assistant General Manager is the second in command at the center, partnering with the General Manager to foster a culture of learning and development for coaches and families, and to drive sales performance and reduce attrition.

This role combines leadership, customer service, coaching, and operations, including scheduling, events, training staff via LearnUpon, and maintaining brand standards to create an exceptional kid-focused experience.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching children aged 15 months to 11 years.
• Passion for working with children and communicating with parents.
• Coach Certification and HQ certification training.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations and KPI tracking with GM.
• Sell and schedule events, camps, and parties to boost profits.
• Lead and develop coaching staff using LearnUpon for training.
• Maintain strong family relationships and customer service.
