Job summary
KidStrong Assistant General Manager is the second in command at the center, partnering with the General Manager to foster a culture of learning and development for coaches and families while driving sales and reducing member attrition. This role leads operations, coaching, and customer service to deliver an exceptional experience for kids, families, and staff.

Qualifications
- Athletic or coaching background with kids aged 15 months to 11 years.
- Achieve Coach Certification through HQ Training and Certification team.
- Prior management experience is preferred but not required.
- CPR certification.
- Proficiency with Google and Microsoft platforms.
Responsibilities
- Understand center KPIs and financials for decisions.
- Build relationships with families and provide exceptional service.
- Oversee center initiatives like maintenance, training, and branding.
- Sell and schedule events to maximize profitability.
- Coach students delivering Brain, Physical, and Character development.
