Job summary
KidStrong is seeking an Assistant General Manager at our Glendale center to lead daily operations, drive member engagement, and deliver strong sales results. You will partner with the General Manager to foster a learning culture, manage coaching quality, and supervise staff across coaching, programming, and customer service areas.
You will oversee KPIs, recruit and onboard coaches, and ensure exceptional experiences for families.
Qualifications
- Athletic or coaching background with experience coaching kids 15 months to 11 years old.
- Achieve Coach Certification through HQ Training and Certification team.
- Complete training through LearnUpon as required by HQ Training and Certification.
- Prior experience in management is preferred but not required.
- Practical work experience with Google and Microsoft platforms.
- CPR certified.
Responsibilities
- CENTER OPERATIONS: Understand KPIs and financials; maintain relationships with families; oversee center initiatives; perform cleaning and maintenance; work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend shift.
- SALES: Manage leads in CRM; finalize bookings; source and attend local events to drive leads and memberships.
- LEADERSHIP: Foster coaching culture; evaluate coaches; onboard and train staff; support professional development; communicate professionally.
