KidStrong Litchfield Park is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager in driving sales, reducing member attrition, and fostering a culture of learning for coaches and families. You will supervise center operations, events, and scheduling to deliver exceptional experiences for kids and families.

The role emphasizes leadership, performance tracking, and coaching quality, with opportunities for advancement and a collaborative, high-energy team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching or athletic settings with children aged 15 months to 11 years.
• Coach Certification through HQ Training and Certification team.
• LearnUpon training completion as required by HQ Training and Certification team.
• CPR certification is a plus for safety.

Responsibilities

• Center Operations: manage KPIs and financials, oversee maintenance, and schedule alignment.
• Sales: lead generation, bookings, events, and center profitability.
• Leadership: onboard, train, and assess coaching staff; communicate professionally.
• Coaching: deliver evolving curriculum on brain, physical and character development; track data.
