Job summary

KidStrong is seeking an Assistant General Manager to drive center operations, sales, and coaching excellence. You will oversee daily activities, lead a team, and ensure an exceptional experience for kids and families.

You’ll work closely with the General Manager to deliver key business results, manage KPIs, and foster a learning culture through development programs. This role blends leadership with hands-on customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Athletic or coaching background with experience working with or coaching kids 15 months to 11 years old.
• Achieve Coach Certification through HQ Training and Certification.
• Complete training through LearnUpon as required by HQ Training and Certification team.
• Prior experience with Google and Microsoft platforms.
• CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Understand the center’s key KPIs and financials to inform decisions.
• Sell and schedule events such as camps and parties to maximize profitability.
• Oversee center initiatives like maintenance, training, and brand consistency.
• Lead and mentor staff, manage onboarding and professional development.
• Foster a coaching culture and ensure high standards across the center.
