• Bachelor's degree in business, education, non-profit management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Must meet Director qualifications as stated in the Minimum Standards (744.1015) under TDPRS.
• Proven ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-quality youth development programs in afterschool and outdoor day camp.
• Ensure program quality and compliance with licensing standards.
• Recruit, hire, train, and onboard YMCA site leads and counselors.
• Manage site budgets and payroll transactions and monitor fiscal goals.
• Develop partnerships with schools and community organizations for program expansion.
