Five Below is seeking energetic crew leaders to wow customers and mentor team members in a fast-paced store environment. You will help supervise daily store operations, manage stock placement, and support onboarding and training of associates.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work day, evening, weekends, and potential overnight shifts.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Wow customers with friendly, fast checkout and personal contact.
• Train crew on customer service and store policies.
• Oversee daily activities of store staff and ensure service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking for fast floor placement.
• Open/close operations, secure cash, set alarms, and ensure readiness.
