Five Below is seeking a Crew Leader to ensure a WOW customer experience and support daily store operations. You will train associates, assist with stock, and act as Manager on Duty when needed, coordinating opening and closing procedures and maintaining a safe, welcoming store environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail setting, with opportunities to develop leadership skills and drive sales.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Wows customers through personal contact with guests.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience and ensures fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures high levels of customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and organizing new stock on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and handles store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, cash security, doors, alarms, and daily setup.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborates with store leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery.
• Performs routine store maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
