Job summary

Five Below is seeking an energized supervisor to lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will ensure a WOW customer experience through personal attention, train crew on top-tier service, and manage daily store operations with a focus on sales and efficiency.

The role requires a minimum of one year in management, strong communication, and the ability to multitask while staying composed under pressure. Flexible scheduling and on-site work across shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and remain composed under pressure.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers with personal contact and friendly service.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking items.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and handle store operations.
• Open/close the store, secure cash and set alarms for daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising and store processes.
• Perform general store maintenance and housekeeping.
