Five Below is seeking an energetic store leader to ensure a WOW experience for every guest. You will supervise associates, drive sales, and manage daily operations to keep the store running smoothly and efficiently.

The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and the ability to train team members while maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment. This is an in-store, hourly position offering growth and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively.
• Maintains composure under pressure during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers through personal interaction and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily store activities and supervise associates.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking to keep floor ready.
• Open/close store operations, secure cash and alarms as needed.
• Support onboarding and training of associates; drive sales and manage costs.
