Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers with personal contact and friendly service.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkouts.
• Oversee daily store activities and ensure staff perform duties well.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and staff issues.
• Open or close the store and secure cash, doors, and alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales by improving merchandising and service quality.
• Partner with leadership on merchandising and store recovery.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize stock areas.
