Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leader who will focus on delivering exceptional customer service and smooth store operations. The role involves supervising crew, training staff, and supporting opening/closing procedures to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew members wow customers with personal service.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly check-out.
• Oversee daily store activities and ensure good customer service.
• Assist with receiving and organizing new stock for fast stocking on floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty and oversee store operations and staff.
