Job summary

Five Below is seeking an energetic Crew Supervisor to wow customers through personal contact and lead the store team in daily operations. You will train associates, assist with receiving and stocking, manage opening and closing, and help drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year of management experience, and strong communication. Starting wage is $16.00 per hour, with growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wows the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly check out experience.
• Oversee the daily activities of all store associates, ensuring they are performing their duties effectively and providing excellent customer service.
• Assist with the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock to ensure items are quickly and efficiently placed on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, customer service, and addressing any urgent issues.
• Manage the entire process of opening or closing the store, which includes securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms, and ensuring everything is in place for a smooth daily operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates, helping them learn store policies, product knowledge, and operational procedures to improve their performance.
• Drive store sales and controls expenses: Actively seeks ways to boost sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Partners with the entire store leadership team in merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Performs store maintenance including but not limited to taking out garbage, sweeping, cleaning bathrooms, maintaining stock room.
