You will supervise floor coverage, trainings, cash handling, and merchandise presentation while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. The role emphasizes ownership, integrity, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop familiarity with the Duluth brand and product knowledge to provide friendly, solution-oriented service.
• Lead the store team to deliver WOW! customer experiences and set service expectations.
• Manage floor coverage to engage customers and drive the Duluth experience.
• Record customer profile information accurately and maintain signage and promotions.
• Oversee cash handling, register functions, and reporting processes.
• Ensure cleanliness and presentation of sales floor, stockroom, and hospitality areas.
• Train staff on policies and procedures; provide regular feedback.
• Ensure store safety and respond to alarms; communicate concerns to management.
