Duluth Trading Company is seeking a Retail Sales Manager in Minnesota to deliver WOW customer service and lead the store team to do the same. You will manage floor coverage, ensure accurate customer profiles, and execute promotions with engaging signage and messaging.

The role requires strong communication, integrity, and ownership of the customer experience, with full-time hourly supervisory responsibilities and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience is preferred but not necessary.
• Customer-centric and takes ownership of the store.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.

• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop brand familiarity and product knowledge to provide solution-oriented, friendly service.
• Lead the store team to deliver the same level of service.

• Record customer profile information accurately and maintain data quality.
• Provide clear feedback to employees and adhere to company policies.
