Duluth Trading Company in Red Wing, MN seeks a Full-Time Hourly Supervisory Retail Sales Manager to champion WOW! service and lead the store team in delivering the Duluth experience.

You will develop product knowledge, engage customers, manage floor coverage, and ensure merchandising and safety standards are met. You’ll also train staff, handle cash functions, and maintain a welcoming, high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop familiarity with the Duluth brand and product knowledge to provide solution-oriented, friendly service and lead the store team.
• Personally demonstrate high service levels and engagement and set expectations for the team.
• Manage floor coverage to engage customers and drive the Duluth experience.
• Ensure customer profile information is accurately recorded.
• Respond proactively and provide positive resolutions to customer concerns; empower decision making.
• Maintain merchandise presentation per Visual Merchandising standards and ensure sales floor readiness.
• Set up sales and promotions with proper signing and communication.
• Handle merchandise receipts and transfers, including checking in, hanging, steaming, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure cleanliness of sales floor, stockroom, restrooms, cash wrap, and hospitality area.
• Provide clear feedback to employees regularly and adhere to company policies.
• Understand and train cash-handling and reporting functions; process register operations.
• Ensure store security and respond to alarms as directed; communicate safety concerns to management.
