You’ll supervise store operations, train team members, manage floor coverage, and ensure merchandise presentation while upholding company policies and safety standards.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, active customer engagement, and accountability for cash-handling and reporting functions, with daily pay and industry perks included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop familiarity with the Duluth brand and product knowledge to service customers and lead the team.
• Demonstrate high levels of service and set expectations for the team.
• Manage floor coverage to engage customers and uphold the Duluth experience.
• Record customer profile information accurately.
• Respond to concerns and empower decisions for positive resolutions.
• Maintain merchandise presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards.
• Set up sales and promotions with clear signage and communication.
• Oversee merchandise receipts and transfers, including check-in and visual merchandising.
• Ensure cleanliness of sales floor, stockroom, restrooms, cash wrap, and hospitality area.
• Provide regular feedback to employees and train on cash-handling and reporting.
• Process all register functions and ensure security and alarm responses.
• Ensure safety of employees and customers and report concerns.
