You will manage floor coverage, train staff on cash handling, maintain visual standards, handle promotions, and ensure safety. This full-time hourly supervisory role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Customer-centric and team-oriented.
• Strong integrity and communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop brand familiarity and product knowledge to provide solution-oriented service and lead the team.
• Demonstrate high level of service and engagement and set team expectations.
• Manage floor coverage to engage customers and drive the Duluth experience.
• Ensure customer profile information is recorded accurately.
• Respond proactively to customer concerns and provide positive resolutions.
• Maintain visual merchandising and stock presentation to standards.
• Set up promotions with proper signing and communication.
• Handle merchandise receipts, transfers, and visual merchandising on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of sales floor, stockroom, restrooms, and cash wrap.
• Provide feedback to employees and train cash-handling.
• Process register functions and ensure policy adherence.
• Keep store secure and respond to alarms as directed.
• Ensure safety of employees and customers and escalate to management.
