Duluth Trading Company is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to lead a store team and deliver the Duluth WOW! customer service standard. You’ll drive engagement, ensure merchandise presentation, and help create exceptional in-store experiences for customers.

In this full-time hourly supervisory role, you’ll manage floor coverage, record customer profiles, set up promotions, train staff, and uphold company policies while keeping the store secured and welcoming each day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Customer-centric approach and ownership in the store.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and train others.

Responsibilities

• Develop product knowledge and provide friendly, solution-oriented service; lead the store team.
• Demonstrate high level of service and set expectations for the team.
• Manage floor coverage to engage customers and drive the Duluth experience.
• Record customer profile information accurately.
• Respond to concerns and empower team with decisions.
• Maintain merchandise presentation per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Set up sales and promotions with proper signing and communication.
• Handle receipts, transfers, and visual merchandising efficiently.
