Job summary

Medaxis LLC is seeking a driven Territory Manager to grow an established portfolio of healthcare accounts in the Chicago area. You will increase product utilization, strengthen customer relationships, and identify new opportunities within existing accounts.

The ideal candidate has experience in wound care or medical device sales, takes ownership of their territory, and is results-oriented with a proactive, self-starting mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–4+ years of healthcare/medical device/wound care sales or account-management experience.
• Wound care sales experience strongly preferred, NPWT or related devices advantageous.
• Experience growing existing accounts and increasing product utilization.
• CRM experience and territory management a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Drive account growth by increasing revenue, utilization, retention, and penetration.
• Expand product adoption of NPWT dressings and disposables; support patient starts.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships; address barriers to adoption.
• Support account conversions from evaluation to sustained utilization through onboarding and follow-up.
• Promote wound care product utilization in coordination with Clinical team; include HydroPrep.
• Identify growth opportunities and potential for new business or capital equipment.
• Maintain CRM activity, account plans, sales forecasts, and follow-up actions.
