Job summary

Medaxis LLC, located in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Territory Manager to grow an established wound care accounts portfolio. You will increase product utilization, strengthen relationships with healthcare providers, and identify opportunities within existing accounts.

The ideal candidate has wound care or medical device sales experience, owns their territory, and is motivated to develop their sales career. Travel is required across the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• 1-4+ years of healthcare, medical device, wound care, or B2B sales experience.
• Wound care sales experience strongly preferred, particularly NPWT or related devices.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory and meet credentialing requirements.
• Experience using CRM systems and managing a territory or portfolio of accounts.

Responsibilities

• Drive Account Growth: Increase revenue, utilization, retention, and penetration across healthcare accounts.
• Expand Product Adoption: Grow NPWT dressings and disposables utilization and support starts.
• Build Customer Relationships: Maintain engagement and address barriers to adoption.
• Support Account Conversions: Onboard and follow up to sustain utilization post-evaluation.
• Promote Product Utilization: Coordinate education and training with Clinical teams.
• Identify Growth Opportunities: Recognize opportunities for expansion and new business.
• Manage Territory Performance: Maintain CRM activity, account plans, forecasts, and actions.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Sales, Clinical, Customer Service, and channels.
• Provide Territory Support: Assist with coverage and priorities, including vacancies.
• Maintain Compliance: Meet credentialing requirements and regulatory policies.
