Job summary

Medaxis is seeking a driven Territory Manager to expand our wound-care portfolio in the Buffalo area. You will grow an established healthcare account base by increasing product utilization, building relationships, and identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.

The role emphasizes ownership, accountability, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset. The compensation starts at $80,000 per year with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 1–4+ years of healthcare or medical device sales experience.
• Wound care sales experience strongly preferred, NPWT is a plus.
• Ability to grow existing accounts and increase product utilization.
• Travel within the assigned territory and credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive account growth by increasing revenue, utilization, retention and penetration.
• Expand product adoption of NPWT dressings and disposables; support starts.
• Build customer relationships and address barriers to adoption.
• Support transitions from evaluation to sustained utilization with onboarding and education.
• Promote product utilization with clinical team for wound-care products like HydroPrep.
• Identify growth opportunities and partner with Area Sales Manager as needed.
• Maintain CRM activity, account plans and sales forecasts; follow-up actions.
• Collaborate across Sales, Clinical, Customer Service and channel resources.
• Provide territory coverage and support regional priorities; manage vacancies.
• Maintain compliance with credentialing and company policies.
