Job summary

Medaxis is seeking a driven Territory Manager to grow an established healthcare account portfolio. You will increase NPWT product utilization, build strong clinician relationships, and identify new opportunities within existing accounts.

Ideal candidates have wound care or medical device sales experience, own their territory, and are self-starters who deliver measurable results. Travel within the assigned region is required; a business degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–4+ years of healthcare/medical device/wound care or B2B sales experience.
• Wound care sales experience strongly preferred, especially NPWT.
• Ability to grow existing accounts and increase product utilization.
• CRM experience and territory/account management skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Drive Account Growth: increase revenue, utilization, retention, and penetration.
• Expand Product Adoption: NPWT dressings and disposables; onboard new starts.
• Build Customer Relationships: engage consistently, address barriers to adoption.
• Support Account Conversions: onboarding and follow-up for sustained utilization.
• Promote Product Utilization: coordinate clinical education and training with teams.
• Identify Growth Opportunities: renewals, expansions, and capital equipment.
• Manage Territory Performance: CRM activity, account plans, forecasts, follow-ups.
• Collaborate Across Teams: work with Sales, Clinical, Customer Service, partners.
• Provide Territory Support: coverage for priorities and vacant territories.
• Maintain Compliance: credentialing and regulatory adherence.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field

1–4+ years healthcare/medical device B2B sales
