Job summary

Medaxis LLC in Sacramento, CA is hiring a Territory Manager to grow an established wound care portfolio. You will drive account growth, expand product adoption of NPWT dressings and HydroPrep, and partner with clinical teams to educate and support customers.

The ideal candidate has 1–4+ years in healthcare or medical device sales, hands-on territory management, and a track record of building relationships and achieving sales targets. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 1–4+ years of healthcare, medical device, wound care, or comparable B2B sales experience.
• Wound care sales experience strongly preferred, NPWT or related devices a plus.
• Grow existing accounts, strengthen relationships, and increase product utilization.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory and meet credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive Account Growth: increase revenue, utilization, retention, and penetration.
• Expand Product Adoption: grow NPWT dressings and HydroPrep usage.
• Build Customer Relationships: engage with clinicians and facilities.
• Support Account Conversions: onboarding and follow-up for new accounts.
• Promote Product Utilization: educate and coordinate with Clinical team.
• Identify Growth Opportunities: expand into new business and equipment.
• Manage Territory Performance: maintain CRM activity and forecasts.
• Collaborate Across Teams: work with Sales, Clinical, and Service.
• Provide Territory Support: cover accounts and regional priorities.
• Maintain Compliance: meet credentialing requirements and policies.
