Job summary

Medaxis is seeking a driven Territory Manager to grow an established healthcare portfolio across the Massachusetts region. You will expand product utilization for NPWT dressings and disposables, build lasting customer relationships, and identify opportunities within existing accounts.

The ideal candidate has 1–4+ years in healthcare or medical device sales, wound care experience preferred, and the ability to travel throughout the territory.

Qualifications

• 1–4+ years in healthcare or medical device sales.
• Wound care sales experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel across the territory.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and increase product utilization within assigned healthcare accounts.
• Expand NPWT and related product adoption.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and address barriers.
• Support onboarding and education for new accounts.
• Maintain CRM activity, forecasts, and account plans.
• Collaborate with Clinical and Support teams to ensure success.
