Job summary

Essity seeks an experienced Wound Care Sales Specialist to drive the Advanced Wound Care portfolio across the assigned territory. You will engage Acute Care, Surgical Areas and Wound Care Centers, translating clinical needs into solutions and achieving sales targets.

You will report to the Regional Sales Manager, build strong relationships with clinicians and procurement teams, and travel 25-35% as needed. Bachelor's degree required and at least 3 years of outside healthcare sales experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of outside sales experience; healthcare experience preferred.
• Exposure to wound care or surgical markets is a plus.
• Proven ability to build relationships with clinicians and procurement teams.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets across the territory.
• Communicate clinical and product knowledge clearly to customers.
• Assess customer needs and develop effective solutions.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders in targeted accounts.
• Interact with clinicians to shape product choice decisions.
• Execute sales processes and contract negotiations.
• Penetrate key GPO and IDN awards and expand existing accounts.
• Coordinate opportunities with customers and internal teams.
• Plan territory and accounts with pre/post call strategies.
