Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Acute Advanced Wound Care Specialist to drive sales, build hospital relationships, and deliver advanced therapies. You will manage a territory, analyze data to inform planning, and complete Salesforce-based reporting.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2+ years in sales or clinical work, or a HS diploma with 6+ years, travel up to 20%, and use of Microsoft Office. Prior wound care or medical device experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher and 2+ years sales/clinical experience.
• Or High School Diploma/GED with 6 years sales/clinical experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience in wound care, medical devices, or operating room sales/clinical is a plus.
• Strong territory management and business planning skills.
• CRM experience (Salesforce) preferred.
• Excellent data and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Use data and analytics to inform business planning.
• Maintain sales call data in Salesforce and complete planning requirements.
• Identify and solve customer financial & clinical priorities & constraints.
• Leverage hospital networks to identify expansion opportunities.
• Increase mix of advanced therapy utilization, including NPIs.
• Persuade key hospital stakeholders to advocate for solutions and products.
• Provide customer support and service.
• Travel up to 20% overnight as needed.
