Job summary

Essity is seeking a Wound Care Sales Specialist in Birmingham, AL, to drive sales of the Advanced Wound Care portfolio across healthcare settings. You will engage clinicians, assess needs, and develop solutions to expand presence in Acute Care, Surgical Areas, and Wound Care Centers.

You will report to the Regional Sales Manager, travel up to ~25-35% as needed, and participate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with competitive incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of outside sales experience.
• Exposure to wound care or surgical markets is a plus.
• Must be fluent in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets across the healthcare market.
• Communicate clinical and product knowledge clearly and concisely.
• Effective customer needs assessment and solution development.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with key stakeholders within targeted accounts.
• Interact with clinicians (surgeons, PAs, NPs, WOCNs, nurses) and influence product choices.
• Coordinate opportunities internally and with customers and manage territory planning.
