Job summary

Essity North America Inc. is seeking a Wound Care Sales Specialist in Birmingham, AL. The role focuses on managing and expanding the Advanced Wound Care portfolio within the assigned territory, targeting acute care, surgical areas, and wound care centers.

You will work with clinicians to influence product choices and drive sales across multiple care settings. Ideal candidates have a minimum of 3 years outside healthcare sales experience, experience with CRM systems, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years outside sales experience; healthcare experience preferred.
• CRM experience recommended (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics).
• Exposure to wound care or surgical markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets across acute care, surgical areas, and wound care centers.
• Communicate clinical and product knowledge clearly and concisely.
• Assess customer needs and develop solutions.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders in target accounts.
• Engage with clinicians and shape product choice decisions.
• Execute sales processes and penetrate key GPO and IDN awards.
• Maintain and expand penetration in existing accounts.
• Coordinate opportunities with customers internally and externally.
• Plan territories and accounts with pre/post call planning.
• Complete administrative duties accurately and timely.
