Job summary

Essity is seeking an experienced Wound Care Sales Specialist to drive sales of our Advanced Wound Care portfolio in the St. Louis to Central Illinois territory.

The role reports to the Regional Sales Manager and focuses on Acute Care, Surgical Areas, and Wound Care Centers, with travel required. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of outside healthcare sales, a Bachelor's degree, strong clinical knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a remote role while partnering with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of outside sales experience in healthcare.
• Exposure to wound care or surgical markets a plus.
• Willing to travel overnight 25–35%.
• Proficient with Excel and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets across healthcare market.
• Communicate clinical and product knowledge clearly.
• Assess customer needs and develop solutions.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders in targeted accounts.
• Interact with clinicians to shape product choices.
• Execute sales process effectively.
• Penetrate GPO and IDN awards.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts in healthcare systems.
• Coordinate opportunities with customers.
• Territory and account planning with pre/post call planning.
• Complete administrative duties accurately and timely.
