Job summary

Essity North America Inc. seeks a Wound Care Sales Specialist to drive sales of Advanced Wound Care products across a territory from St. Louis to Central Illinois.

The role targets Acute Care, Surgical Areas, and Wound Care Centers, engaging clinicians and key decision-makers to influence product choices. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of outside sales experience in healthcare, with travel up to 25-35%. A Bachelor's degree is required, and proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce or Dynamics)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Outside sales experience in Healthcare preferred
• Experience with wound care or surgical markets is a plus

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets across healthcare markets
• Communicate clinical/product knowledge clearly
• Develop and manage territory plans
• Build relationships with key stakeholders in targeted accounts
• Coordinate opportunities with customers and internal teams
• Drive penetration in GPO/IDN awards
• Complete administrative duties accurately and timely
