Job summary

Solventum is seeking an experienced Acute Advanced Wound Care Specialist to drive growth, manage a US field-based territory, and build strong hospital relationships. The role emphasizes data-driven planning, proficiency after training, and leveraging NPIs to expand advanced therapies.

Travel up to 20% is expected; relocation may be authorized. A bachelor’s degree or higher with proven sales or clinical experience is required, along with CRM experience (Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or higher with relevant sales/clinical background.
• Proven quota/target attainment and track record of territory management.
• Experience in wound care or medical devices is valued.
• Strong data analysis and use of CRM for planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage a sales territory focused on customer support, growth and relationships.
• Use data/analytics for business planning and sales forecasting.
• Complete required sales training and demonstrate proficiency after training.
• Identify expansion opportunities through hospital networks and influencers.
• Increase utilization of advanced therapies and NPIs.
• Provide excellent customer support and service to facilities.
